WM Keeper initialization is an alternative method to launch the software, when previously saved account and file paths are ignored. Initialization can be required if the application service files stored on a user’s computer are corrupted. To initialize your WM Keeper, you need a key file backup copy and an access code to this file. The access code is set by the user when the key file is backed up.
Initialization process includes the following steps:
1. Start your WM Keeper Classic, type the password and click the link: “Cannot log into your account”.

2. Select the following option: “before the password was correct, but now does not fit” and click the “Next” button.
3. Select the “I have a key file and password from the file” option and click “Finish”.

4. Click the Browse button to navigate to the location of the key file and type its access code. Then press the “Ok” button.

For those using E–num authorization, login into WM Keeper Classic includes the following steps:
1. Select “I have an account in service E – num and I use the E – num Storage”. Then click the “Finish” button.

2. Type your e-mail and select an authorization method (challenge-response using an application; challenge-response using an SMS or fingerprint). Then click the NEXT button.

3. Then type a response value which is sent to your mobile phone via SMS (a response value received from the application installed on your mobile phone). And click the NEXT button.

When using fingerprint identification, it is necessary to press your fingertip against a reading device and wait for the identification process to be completed.
4. When the process is successfully completed, please type your password in the corresponding field and click FINISH to log in.
