1. This error is commonly caused by the wrong WM-ID or password or, for example, a different keyboard layout or case sensitivity when typing the password.
Make sure you use the right WM-ID and password (case sensitive) and try again.
If you are unsure what WM-ID and password to use, write an e-mail to support@wmtransfer.com, with your WM-ID and password and request verification.
2. Another possible explanation is that you have changed the WM Keeper password and are using an old password, or are trying to use the current key file but entering the old password.
If you cannot remember the password that accompanies your key file, send a verification e-mail to the technical support with your WM-ID, key file and password.
3. Possibly, you have more than one WMID and specify a key file that belongs to another purse when you enter WM Keeper.
If you can't determine yourself which key file and password belong to a WMID, you may send it all to support@wmtransfer.com and ask to check it.
