How can I receive a new activation code if I have lost access to my email registered with WebMoney?
If you change your computer configuration, your Keeper Classic will ask for a new activation code. The server will generate a new code that will be sent to the email address you registered with WM.
This is an extra protection from unsolicited access to your purses. If you have lost your email login or password information and cannot access your email to receive the new code, please follow the steps below:
Start by trying to restore your access to the email account, if possible. Contact your email provider and do your best to retrieve your email password.
If you fail to restore your access to the email, please start WMID restoration process, which is the same as when you lose your key file: the loss of a WM registered email is equivalent to the loss of your file with WM Keeper keys.
