Your Identifier is not a secret information. The easiest way is ask a user on your WM Keeper user-list. If you remember the number of at least one of your purses, you can retrieve your WMID on this webpage: https://passport.wmtransfer.com.

You can also find it in your Windows system registry. Go to the Start menu, click Run and type "regedit". The registry editor will appear. Expand  “HKEY_CURRENT_USER” > “SOFTWARE” >”WEBMONEY”>“OPTIONS” (Under “Options” you will find all the WMIDs used on the PC).

If the above doesn’t help, e-mail the support service. Please write from the address you provided when you registered your WMID. Try to include as many details as possible about your registration and, of course, explain your problem so we don’t wonder why we are getting all these personal details.
