1. If you use more than one internet browser on your PC, make sure MS Internet Explorer is your default browser.
Restart WM Keeper and see if the content appears in the Info tab.
2. Check the HTTPS protocol. Click here https://www.microsoft.com
If you get an error message, click here to set up your Internet Explorer
If changing the setting didn’t help and after clicking https://www.microsoft.com you still get an error message, contact your ISP (system administrator)
ask them if port 443 is open in your network. It should be open to allow HTTPS connections. If it is closed, ask them to open it.
Restart WM Keeper and see if the content appears in the Info tab.
3. Follow this URL to reinstall WebMoney Transfer root certificate: https://www.wmcert.com/Cert/cert.wmtransfer.com_WebMoney Transfer Root Authority.crt

4. Try opening https://keeper.wmtransfer.com/desktop.asp with MS Internet Explorer.
