For Merchants and Retailers

You can integrate WebMoney Transfer into your online store or website by obtaining a Verified Merchant Status (so called WebMoney Merchant Passport)

To become our verified Merchant and get access to our API and Merchant Interfaces, you have to undergo the following steps:

1. Send a query to info@wmtransfer.com, introducing your company and containing a link to your web site/online shop/ service. Our managers will evaluate whether your business is eligible or falls under any restrictions/limitations. Before applying online, please review our List of Prohibited Goods and Services.

2. Register online. Important! Please, note that Keeper Mini is designed for Individual customers only and is NOT suitable for Merchant (Corporate) usage. If you are a Merchant and/or will be implementing automated merchant interfaces, please use Classic or Light versions of WebMoney Keeper.

3. Upgrade your account from the Alias status to Formal at the Passport Service page. Click Get Verified/Start Verification.

4. Send an e-mail to info@wmtransfer.com, indicate your WMID and contact details, so the Manager will provide you with the list of documents, necessary to verify you as a Merchant. Please note, that only notarized copies (verified by a Notary Public) are accepted. Set of documents might vary depending on the scope of your activity, but mainly contain (but not limited to):

• Company's Certificate of Incorporation
• Document, proving /showing Director Assignment
• Director's Passport Copy. When opening an account, we highly recommend to register it under the acting Director's name.
• Application for a WebMoney Transfer Verified Passport for corporate users . Please note, that the signature on the application form must be notarized too.

Note: If an entity, funding/withdrawing  funds to/from the account will differ from the entity, for whom the account is registered, a proof of relations/link between these two entities  must be provided together with Company's incorporation documents!

Documents are to be mailed by post (courier service preferably) to our address, confirmed separately by a manager.

Important! Please do not send out any documents without prior confirmation from our side to avoid any extra re-postings or additional documents request.

5. After passing the above-mentioned steps, we will issue a Personal Passport to you. As soon as this is done, please apply for a Merchant Passport online to finalize Registration Process.

There are other options for opening a corporate account. Please study all of them and choose the one, suitable for you or ask our managers for advice.

Additional Information

Note: WM integration manuals, API description and Merchant interfaces are provided free of charge. WM technical support will help you in setup the different options to enable WebMoney pay-ins or pay-outs. However, the integration is implemented by all resources independently.
