TELEPAT – is a telephone payment product designed for instant transfer of funds, payment for goods and services with the help of land-line and cellular telephones. Telepat users can replenish their telephone accounts with prepaid WM cards.

Cards.webmoney.ru — is designed to issue and service bank cards of Bank Card Association (BCA). WMT users can obtain cards issued in cooperation with BCA banks (Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard and others). The cards are assigned to WM user’s ID to allow transferring funds from purses to the cards. Then, you can withdraw cash from your card using one of the many available ATM.
